If It’s All Feeling Like Too Much…You’re Not Alone
My dearest sister, you may feel as if the overwhelm in the world is feeling too heavy at this time. You are absolutely right. It most certainly is.
This is a callout to all of those empathic, sensitive and beautiful souls that are carrying the weight of the world and cannot place why you may get sudden waves of needing to cry, crawl back under the covers and pretend like life doesn’t exist. My compassionate heart goes out to you because you aren’t alone.
Please don’t feel like holding back the tears needing to be shed. The waters of the world ask for it to flow out of you so that it may transmute into the love you feel in your soul for our home. It’s time to take care and allow. Give yourself the permission you so deserve to take space, retreat and find refuge in your heart.
Beautiful soul, know that your empathic heart has been gifted to care when others close down. Do what you must to tend to your own body and be unapologetically yourself. THIS IS NO TIME FOR SHAME. I don’t take that accident of hitting caps lock as a coincidence. So please, read that again.
Darkness compels us and invites us in. Just don’t stay there too long for you may be swallowed in its depths. Do what you must to release and rise again.
The true gift of your empathic heart is that you carry a light to feel deeply. You could identify as a Lightworker, Wayshower, Healer, Mother or nurturer. Priceless indeed. Part of that contract here on Earth is to understand the power and strength you have to hold it all. Hold it for you, for me, for others and all of creation.
You are profoundly needed at this time and yet, protect yourself. Do the practices to shed, to ground, to cleanse, to love and honour your being. Cry. Get out in nature. Sleep. Rest. Turn off the news and social media that disarms you. Call a friend. Have a sea salt or epsom salt bath. Do yoga. Walk. Workout. Eat nutritious foods. Be in environments and around people that calm your nervous system. Hug and kiss your loved ones.
I love you, dear sister. You aren’t alone. We are all one.
With hope, trust and faith, all will be well.
